Hey, I’m Will – a user-centric product design leader, mentor & keynote speaker.

My passion is rooted in pixel-perfect design and optimal user experience.

Creating effective and aesthetically pleasing experiences that satisfy both user needs and strategic business objectives has been the hallmark of my 10 years of UX experience. My specialty spans across leading research efforts or synthesizing research data in the discovery phase, to design conceptualization, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, lo-fi to hi-fi comps and usability testing. I am able to lead the management of the complete design process or collaborate with interconnected team members in producing experiences that align with business goals.

My background in frontend development and a wide variety of industries have produced a wealth of knowledge over the years that brings substance and direction into my creative process. This creative process is one that continuous to evolve based on external factors such as project and user needs, business goals, time to market, budgets and other real factors that influence product deliverability schedules. Though I enjoy serving B2C customers, my recent years of experience have been focused mostly on Enterprise UX, B2B and Pro customers.
