About This Project

The Home Depot Inc. is the largest home improvement retailer in the United States, supplying tools, construction products, and services.

As a Senior UX Designer, I own the Order Management user experience for Pro (B2B) customers as well as Experience Optimization for both B2B and B2C customers across the global web, mobile and tablet platforms.


My daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with other team members to design products and bring them to market for B2B  Pro customers. 
  • Communicating with key users to understand business needs, and partner with software development teams on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Meeting with end-users to collect qualitative and quantitative data for product recommendations, and to create user stories on products. 
  • Collaborating with interdepartmental Product Teams to design solutions for the global Home Depot experience.
  • Employing best practices to sketch, ideate, and translate wireframes into comps, storyboards, experience prototypes.
  • Ensuring experiences follow established Design System and brand guidelines.
  • Being a team player by providing feedback, mentorship and support where needed.
