Best Buy needed to modernize its “Top Deals” experience to better reflect its evolving brand identity and maximize promotional revenue across digital channels. The existing deals ecosystem lacked cohesion between web and app, making it difficult for customers to discover and engage with time-sensitive promotions. As Senior UX Lead, I partnered with product, marketing, and engineering teams to redesign the Top Deals web and app experiences, align them with Best Buy’s rebrand, and create a scalable design framework for future promotions. I led the UX strategy, design, and testing for Best Buy’s Top Deals redesign across web and app, creating a modern, responsive experience that improved how offers were showcased and aligned with the company’s updated brand identity.
